One time, when I was a boy of 6 or 7, I was standing in a hallway, looking into a room at a weird angle. At that young age, I didn't realize that if your eyes were in two different places, you'd get two different perspectives.  I closed one eye and I only saw the wall, I closed the other eye and saw into the room, but with both eyes wide open I was convinced I could see through walls.  I told my older brother about my extraordinary abilities , and he still makes fun of me until this day.  Begin to understand, from the right angle with eyes wide open you too can see through walls.

First you must learn to open both eyes.

If you would like me to work for you, as a presenter or public speaker, call me at any time to discuss your ambitions.

I have had many wonderful experiences in my life.  I thank, and think of daily, people who have given me opportunities beyond my wildest dreams, those who have supported me through my insanity and passion for life, without them I would not be the person I am today.

I do not profess to be a know it all.  In fact, it is what I do not know that drives my passions.

I have had many people tell me that my life's experiences would make an awesome book and I should pursue a career as a journalist. I must admit, and I am sure you will soon realize, I have no such talent.  I prefer to talk and interact with people, looking them in the eyes and sharing their feelings, their hopes, while recognizing their doubts and sharing my own with them.

Everyone has doubts, everyone has a story, everyone has had unique experiences.   These experiences are written into history, some of them can not change, but our perception of them can change if we only give ourselves a chance to learn.  These lessons make people who they are today, but they do not need to dictate who we will be tomorrow.

Give yourself the chance to learn from yourself.  I can not teach you.  The most valuable of lessons are self taught.
Remember this: There is no better idea than mine.  There is no better solution to my problems than mine.  I have no better teacher than myself.  Our teachers and professors know this to be true.  Why do you think so much of your education was dedicated to homework?

It is very easy for us to build "experience walls" around our lives, walls for protection.  Those walls can be built to keep us in, or to keep other's out.  No one wants you to tear down your "experience walls", but if you learn how to peek over them or, like a young boy, see through them you will see life differently and become better to yourself, and in turn become better to others.
